Welcome to the
Kon-Dou-Ryu Karate web site.
We are a family orientated traditional Shotokan Karate Club based in Norwich,
England.
The aim of our club is to teach a very high standard of Shotokan
Karate in a friendly environment.
All classes are open to all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
We also cater for people with disabilities
as we believe that karate if for everyone.
